Summer is here, the British weather may not reflect it but it is here! So here's a quick, simple and flexible recipe to keep the summer vibes going! Smoothie bowls are a great way to cool down in the heat and an easy way to get your fruit intake. Smoothie Bowl
Frozen banana 1/2
Frozen berries 150g
Coconut oil 2 tbsp
Coconut milk/water 200ml
Toppings
Berries
Banana (sliced)
Flax seeds (optional)
Hemp seeds (optional)
Goji Berries (optional)
Cacao nibs (optional)
METHOD
Serves 2, 5 mins prep time
Step 1. Put the coconut milk, powder, banana, berries, coconut oil and date in a blender and blend until it reaches it smooth yet thick consistency.
Step 2. Add your choice of toppings and get creative with it!
Tip: Slice the banana before putting it in the freezer, it will be easier to blend.
